To Have and Have Not

About to hop in the shower and then take a cup of decaffeinated tea and a nice worn copy of a new (to me) Hemmingway to my liar.

All this to try and regain a sense of a “normal” sleep pattern. Also on the list of combatants against unhealthy sleep: Sleep Cycle. It’s an application for the iPhone that monitors REM sleep via the little sensor thing (technical term) in the iPhone and gently wakes you up when it best suits your natural cycle of sleep.
